All players must be active members.Players start off with $100,000.Horses must be registered to exist.All horses must be provided for in the right fashion.Horses must be boarded at a licensed stable.You can only transfer money to different accounts if you fill out the form in 'Fees Owed'.You must pass all the trainer tests before you can attempt the final exam.You cannot create duplicate acounts with the same email address.
